Last week, I realized that I wasn’t where I want to be with one of my goals. I looked at this particular goal and decided it was still important to me. Yet I continued to procrastinate – clearly not in my best interest.
So I asked myself what I would/could do and 15 minutes a day felt like a good start. So I set the timer on my clock or phone and worked on my goal for the 15 minutes. It’s amazing how good I feel and even better I am seeing tangible, concrete, and real progress. Some days I even spend more than 15 minutes on my goal – just because I want to.
So if one of your new year’s determinations are on hold, set your timer for 5, 10, or 15 minutes and go for it.
