Forced Failure

I am a big fan of moving goals along, fixing things that are broken, and overall driving advancement through action. This is great in theory, but in some important ways misses the point.

Rapid progression only works when there is time to pause, contemplate alternatives, and avoid being motivated by fear, insecurity, or need to be always be liked. When I over-strategize or force things because I am uncomfortable – I actually drive suboptimal outcomes.

So, be committed to achieving your goals and dreams without forcing the hows, whens, and timeline.

Have a great day,
Anita
