The Problem Solution Paradox

I was chatting with a friend yesterday who shared a whole litany of obstacles she is facing in her workplace. After she completed her parade of problems, I fully expected her to place the solution to the challenges with others – not because she is a blamer, but it’s such a part of human nature to see solutions in having other people change first.

Yet, she did much the opposite. She was actually excited to find the solutions through making changes within herself – both attitude and actions. I was really encouraged. My friend is deeply courageous to go inside, not blame anyone (including herself), and then take responsibility to find successful solutions.

Have a great Monday,
