You are More Than You Think

I was chatting with a student today who kept fumbling in interviews. We talked for about 15 minutes when it became clear that the missteps occurred because he was only sharing a part of his talents. While he is brilliant with numbers, that represents only a part of his strengths. He is also engaging, excellent at building relationships, and a wonderful presenter. Once he was able to see the whole of what he offers, his story flowed – fumble free.

Look for the good and great stuff in you.

Have a great day,
Anita
