Focus. Focus. Focus.

I was working with someone today who pulled off something grand: she recrafted her job to do more of what she loves, now works part-time, and received a raise on top of it. “How did she do it?” you may wonder. “What does she have that I don’t?”

What she has, and I suspect you have too, is focus. She was able to zero in and know what was important to her, understand the risk she was willing to accept, and follow that direction to the end. Okay, she clearly had more than a little courage, too.

Focus is so much more important than being “open” in achieving your goals, being happy, and living a successful life.

Enjoy your day,
