Tiny Courage

I sometimes feel that I am like the person who hides under the bed during a bad thunder storm – as sacred as can be. Even if I am totally justified, acting scared doesn’t do much for me.

I now have a different approach. I break down the frightening thing into teeny weeny pieces and take on one thing. That doesn’t seem so scary and once I completed one piece, my confidence, capacity, and courage increases a bit more than before – and best of all, I am better equipped to take on something else – less scared and more empowered.

Have a wonderful day,
