Breakthrough Thinking

Often breakthrough thinking comes less from thinking and speaking and more from listening. Now I am not referring to the cursory listening that comes when you are waiting for your turn to speak next. It’s a deep listening with your head and heart that help you understand the other person’s perspective, see what can be gained from it, extrapolate from that point to something you may never have envisioned.

Have a great day,
Anita
