Listen Without Judgment

I was in a meeting this week where one of my colleagues presented a revised program. She was seeking feedback. Our team takes a great deal of time to review materials and provides lots of feedback. For me, feedback has two components – what is being sent and what is being received. The most important parts of the how feedback is received is your openness and your ability to listen, absorb, and integrate the feedback without judgment.

My colleague did a great job of this.
