Creating Unstoppable Value

I was chatting with someone recently and he was running up against brick walls in his job search. While this is not an unusual thing, I was curious as to where and why his progress had derailed.

As he began to share his approach, we both realized his focus was about what he could gain way more than what he could provide. Shifting from “what’s in it for me?” to “where can I create the most relevant value for others?” changed a bunch of things – and for the better.

Right now, he has more than a couple of opportunities moving toward an offer.” My friend has become unstoppable because of his commitment to making a solid contribution wherever he is.

Have a great day,
