How to Become a Genius (Regardless of Your IQ)

It’s really quite simple. Take something that you know really well and look around. Where can these talents be applied in a new function, industry, or field? Something that is “old hat” in one context is creative, innovative, and genius in another. One example is how consumer good marketing was finely honed in that world, yet it was breakthrough thinking in healthcare.

So repackage, reapply, and repurpose your skills, knowledge, and experience and you can rise to the “genius” level straightaway.
