Success Requires Acceptance AND Critical Feedback

Success is a funny thing. You certainly need critical feedback to refine, pivot, and even regroup. Yet, there is a caveat here. The “even better if” information needs to be delivered with a strict and compassionate voice or you could squash a person’s hope, initiative, and resilience (and that person could be you).

So as you reassess progress on any goal or project, start with a place of sincere acceptance and then share feedback with a heart of practical encouragement.

Have a great day,
Anita
