I was chatting with someone, let’s call her Laney, who was incredibly frustrated by a colleague who just couldn’t see her point of view. As Laney and I talked, it became clear to both of us that she was doing the same thing to her colleague that she believed he was doing to her – not listening and closed to having her mind changed.
