What is YOUR greatest strength?

If it’s easier, don’t put undue pressure on yourself. Think of a cluster of your strengths. Write down what they are.

Even more important than know what they are is: how are you using them? The last thing you want to have is talent that we are waiting for that never gets used. So today, find one way to share one of your strengths and use it – even for 5 minutes.
