It is really easy to feel defeated when things don’t go our way. One more obstacle can feel like just TOO MUCH.
So what can a person can do?
My approach is to have at least one thing that I do every morning. This positive habit gives me a clean slate and a sense of hope, empowerment, and positive expectation for each new day. What I have seen is that with this approach, I am happier, more motivated, and achieving things I hadn’t even planned.
